How to Sync Monster Leaderboards with Campaign Monitor

Connect Monster Leaderboards to Campaign Monitor to automatically add event participants as subscribers. This makes it easy to follow up with players after your event and keep your audience engaged.

What You’ll Need

Before you begin, you’ll need your Campaign Monitor API Key.

Step 1: Find Your API Key

1. Log in to your Campaign Monitor account
2. Click your profile name (top right)
3. Go to Account Settings
4. Navigate to API Keys
5. Copy your API Key

Step 2: Connect Campaign Monitor in Monster Leaderboards

1. Log in to your Monster Leaderboards account
2. Go to Integrations
3. Select Campaign Monitor
4. Paste your API Key
5. Click Connect

That’s it — your accounts are now connected.

How It Works

Once connected, Monster Leaderboards will automatically sync player data to Campaign Monitor whenever someone registers for an event.

What Gets Synced:

• Name
• Email Address

This happens instantly, so your subscriber list is always up to date.

Automatic Setup

To keep things simple, Monster Leaderboards handles the setup for you:

• A subscriber list called “MonsterLeaderboards” is created automatically (if it doesn’t already exist)
• The correct Client ID is detected automatically — no manual setup required
